BackStreaming replication under the hood

In this talk, we're going to peek under the hood of the new Streaming Replication feature. I am going to introduce the concepts of WAL receiver and sender, how they communicate over the network, how they interact with the rest of the server etc. I'm also going to cover advanced setups like multiple slaves, cascading slaves, and WAL archiving from a slave.
