Marc Balmer is a senior software developer specialising in the Unix platform. He is a former lecturor and member of the board of HyperWerk institute of the Basel University of Applied Sciences. He is an active *BSD developer and his code can be found in FreeBSD, NetBSD, and OpenBSD. He is a member of the X.Org foundation. Marc Balmer is married and lives in Basel, Switzerland, where he runs his company micro systems.
