Please be aware of possible transportation disruptions in the days leading up to FOSDEM PGDay 2026.
Belgian railway unions have announced a strike notice from Sunday January 25th at 22:00 until Friday January 30th at 22:00, which may affect train travel to Brussels. While a minimum service is expected, train frequency and international connections may be reduced.
If the strike is confirmed, the railway company (SNCB/NMBS) will provide updates and alternative services. Attendees are advised to check their travel plans and plan their journey the day before departure.
