Call for Venues - PGConf.DE 2026+

We are looking for venues for our German conference PGConf.DE for the upcoming years.

For a venue, we have the following minimal requirements:

• Must be in Germany
• Hotel style is preferred, over a conference center
• Can host 350 - 500 attendees in plenary sessions
• 3 main rooms for talks (min. 90-100 seats), plus additional smaller rooms
• 1 large room for opening/closing (min. 350 seats)
• Ideally, near the city center, we will consider other locations with good public transport
• Good international connectivity, ideally with an airport easy to access from the city
