PostgreSQL upgrade is becoming easier and easier over the last years. But, how do we upgrade?
In this talk, I will first mention about PostgreSQL versioning, followed by "Major version" and "Minor version" concepts. Then, I will follow up with "how to perform the upgrades", and the tools around it.
In this talk, I will also mention about the OS upgrades, where glibc upgrades are an issue, along with solution for this.
