Sarah is a software developer and long-term member of the OpenStreetMap community. She had her first experience with PostgreSQL in 2008 when she tried to create her own offline map out of OSM data. Since then she has gained a lot of experience using PostgreSQL for all kinds of OpenStreetMap software. She is maintainer for osm2pgsql and the geocoder Nominatim, and system administrator for the Nominatim servers at openstreetmap.org.
Nowadays Sarah works as a free-lancer developing software and offering consulting for OpenStreetMap.
