Lætitia Avrot has been working with PostgreSQL since 2007 and is now Staff Database Engineer at Docker, Inc. She is co-founder of Postgres Women and served as treasurer of PostgreSQL Europe from 2020 to 2025, and as a member of the PostgreSQL Code of Conduct Committee. She taught at Lyon 1 University for over a decade (2012–2025), has given 100+ talks at international events, and was named one of the Top 100 Digital Leaders in France in 2025 (Numerikissimo Who's Who).
