Rajni Baliyan Fujitsu Australia Limited
I am the Database Support Manager at Fujitsu Australia, a Significant Contributor to PostgreSQL, and I have served as the President of PostgreSQL Down Under (PGDU) since 2019. As a passionate PostgreSQL advocate, I dedicate much of my time to spreading technical knowledge globally, regularly presenting sessions at international conferences including PGDU (Australia) and FOSSASIA (Singapore). In my corporate role, I lead high-performing operations teams responsible for supporting both open-source (OSS) PostgreSQL and Fujitsu Enterprise Postgres (FEP), keeping mission-critical, multi-terabyte database environments stable under intense pressure. Beyond the technical scope, I manage vital stakeholder communication, working directly with executives, customers, and cross-functional teams to build trust, maintain transparency, and ensure absolute accountability across our enterprise operations.
