Cornelia Biacsics CYBERTEC
My PostgreSQL journey began in 2022, when I joined CYBERTEC after nearly two decades in marketing across various industries.
It took me over a year to have my first real encounter with the PostgreSQL community at conferences — and that’s when everything changed. The sense of community captured me from day one, and I felt a strong urge to contribute to this great and vibrant ecosystem.
Since then, I’ve been focused on bridging the gap between technical depth and accessible, impactful communication.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the organizing team behind PostgreSQL conferences (e.g., PGDay Austria), helping bring people together and keeping the spirit of open source collaboration alive. I’m also involved in several other PostgreSQL-related initiatives with a strong community focus.
I’m always excited to share insights on how we can better communicate the value of PostgreSQL and grow awareness beyond the developer community.
