A massive part of the journey has been the story of EDB. Tom will dive into EDB’s role in shaping Postgres: code contributions, infrastructure, security hardening, and performance tuning that helped turn an academic project into an enterprise powerhouse. But also by creating places for the community to meet and achieve greatness together.
A look back is only valuable if it helps us look forward. As Postgres prepares for its next thirty years, the ecosystem is stronger than ever. Join us for a little history, gratitude, a few hard-won lessons, and a look at what’s next for both the project and for EDB.
