Tom Kincaid EDB
Tom Kincaid is a software engineering and business leader with 40+ years of experience delivering enterprise software products. He has led multi-product engineering organizations of up to 250 people and owned revenue outcomes. His background combines deep technical expertise in databases and web technologies with a strong track record of building teams, mentoring talent, and launching new products.
Tom has held senior leadership roles at Sun Microsystems,Oracle, Red Hat, EnterpriseDB, and 2ndQuadrant. His open-source contributions include leading GlassFish development at Sun and helping drive PostgreSQL-related commercial and community efforts. He is also the founder of the Boston PostgreSQL Users Group.
