Alicja Kucharczyk is a Consulting Lead at Clouds on Mars, delivering PostgreSQL consulting to customers all around the globe. She helps teams design, deploy, and operate reliable PostgreSQL platforms, with a strong focus on performance optimization and production troubleshooting across the stack - from SQL and database internals to infrastructure and workload behavior. With a practical, hands-on approach, she translates database internals into actionable changes that make systems faster and more reliable. She is the founder and organizer of 🐘 Warsaw PostgreSQL Users Group - the group gathering polish PostgreSQL users, speaker at local users groups and conferences and trying to advocate PostgreSQL and open source in many possible ways.
