Turan Bahattin OZEN
Turan Bahattin ÖZEN is Digital Architecture Unit Head at Software Technologies Research Institute of TUBITAK BILGEM in Türkiye. He has over 15 years of extensive experience in software architectures & transformation as a manager & team member. His team has been working on establishment of PostgreSQL ecosystem, facilitating dissemination activities and open source projects on PostgreSQL for Turkish Public Sector. He is responsible for development of enterprise architecture and solution architecture in digital transformation projects. He holds B.S. and M.S. degrees in Computer Engineering from the METU. His current research interests includes enterprise architecture, software architectures, agile processes as well as low-code application platforms and analytics databases.
